Exchanges & Returns

For online purchases: 

All exchanges and returns can be processed via walk-in to any of our stores or via Mail within 14 days from date of receipt.

 

For in-store returns, store credit will be issued. For in-store exchanges, you may exchange for another item you have picked out from the store. If item selected is higher-priced, you have to top up and if it is lower-priced, any balance will not be refunded. Please bring along your order sheet. 

 

For returns and exchanges for local customers via mail, they are accepted within 14 days from date of receipt. Please also take note of the following:

  1. Order sheet must be attached.
  2. That all original tags and packaging, if any, are intact.
  3. Item must be unworn and unwashed.
  4. All shipping fees will be borne by the customer, including shipping fee to send exchanged item back to customer.
  5. Returns and exchanges are not valid if the parcel is lost in the mail. The Editor’s Market is not liable for lost mails. Please try to use a trackable mail service. 
  6. The return/exchange is final.
  7. For returns, store credit will be issued. 
  8. Sale items are not exchangeable/ returnable.
  9. Step-pricing item return condition applies. Please see below for more details.

 

For returns and exchanges for internatonal customers via mail, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from date of receipt. Please also take note of the above conditions.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back with shipping fee charged to you.

 

Store credit

Once your return package has been processed, it will take up to 5 working days for your store credit to be issued. Please take note of the following:

  1. Store credit can only be used online. 
  2. Store credit can only be utilized in one transaction. Any balance will not be refunded.
  3. Validity period is 1 year from date of issuance.
  4. For purchase amount exceeding the value of store credits, you will have to top up the balance with additional payment.

 

 

Defective items

We try our best to check through all pieces that are to be shipped out. However, if you had received a defective item, we will be glad to exchange the item for you. Please email us at service@theeditorsmarket.com for assistance. 

 

 

Missing/ Wrong item

Step-pricing item returns

Please do take note that if you had purchased items at their 3-pc or 6-pc prices and thereafter, decide to return 1 or more items, the remaining items that you have decided to keep will revert back to their respective prices. 

 

For Store purchases:

Please do take note that we only accept exchanges for all store purchases. Please bring your item to any of our stores, together with the receipt, to make the exchange within 7 days. Exchanges without receipt are strictly unacceptable. We also do not accept exchanges by mail for store-bought items. 

Please also take note of the following:

  1. Receipt must be presented.
  2. That all original tags and packaging, if any, are intact.
  3. Item must be unworn and unwashed.
  4. The exchange is final.
  5. Sale items are not exchangeable/ returnable.
