Exchanging Apparels : 

You can exchange apparels that you have bought through our website within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange. There is a one-time exchange for each item and the exchange is final. If the replacement item is of a lower value, you may use the remaining value on another item. Please note that any remaining value cannot be refunded. If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will have to pay the difference. Exchanges can be done via mail or at our physical stores.

To do an exchange by mail, please include the item/s to be exchanged, as well as your order receipt, in the parcel and mail it to the following address. Please use a trackable postage service as we are not accountable for any lost parcels in transit. Please note that the cost of mailing is borne by yourself.

To exchange an item at our physical store, kindly bring along your order receipt. If you are a member, you may also present the digital receipt from your account page on our website. The exchange can be made at any of our stores.

For Apparel purchased in stores, you may make the exchange at any of our stores. 

 

Exchanging Items from Life :

Items from Life section which are purchased online and in-store is exchangeable only at our store in 313 Somerset within 7 days.

You may also choose to mail in the items for an exchange. However, do note that all mailing charges will be borne by you. Please also ensure that all items are wrapped properly so that the items will be received in good condition. We will not be accountable for any breakage in transit. Item must in their original packaging. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange. There is a one-time exchange for each item and the exchange is final. If the replacement item is of a lower value, you may use the remaining value on another item. Please note that any remaining value cannot be refunded. If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will have to pay the difference.

Exchanging Accessories:

We do not accept any exchange or return for all accessories due to hygiene reasons. 

 

All items purchased from online or in stores can be exchanged via mail or walk-in to any of our stores.

Please check our Exchange Policy for items belonging to different categories.

If you are mailing in, please attach your receipt or order receipt for online purchases. Our mailing address is 8 Grange Road #03-04 S(239695). After mailing in, please email to service@theeditorsmarket.com to let us know your parcel tracking number and the name and size of the item you want to exchange to. Please note that all postage fees will be charged to you for the exchange. 

For walk-in, please bring along your receipt or order receipt for online purchases. You may also use the digital receipt in your account if you have signed up a membership account with us. 

Please note that different terms and conditions apply to different categories.

You have up to 30 days to make an exchange in any of our stores for all regular-priced Apparels. If you are mailing in, please ensure item reaches us before the 30-day window. 

For homeware in the Life section, you have 7 days to make the exchange. 

For Accessories, we do not accept any exchange or returns. 

If you are walking in to any of our stores for the exchange, just bring along the receipt or order receipt. If you are our member, you can also access the digital copy of your receipt from your account summary. 

For mail in, please attach the receipt or order receipt and email to service@theeditorsmarket.com to inform us of your parcel and the item you would like to exchange to. 

You may email to service@theeditorsmarket.com to inform us of your order ID and the item you would like to exchange to. We will proceed to assist you once we receive your return parcel. 

Apparel:

Exchanges are allowed within 30 days from date of purchase. This applies for both in-store and online purchases. Please bring along your receipt or order receipt if you are making an exchange in-store. If you are mailing in for exchanges, please attach your receipt or order receipt. 

For in-store exchanges, you may present your digital receipt in your account summary if you are signed up as our member. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. There is a one-time exchange for each item and the exchange is final. 

Sale or discounted items are not exchangeable or returnable. 

Life:

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days from date of purchase. Please ensure that the item is in original condition with its barcode and price tag on. 

We are happy to assist you with any exchanges, however any shipping fees will be charged to you. Currently, we only offer express courier for shipping, it cost $6 for one-way and a payment request will be sent to you once we have received confirmation of your replacement item by email. 

It is highly recommended for you to do an exchange via walk-in to any of our stores! It is free and you get to see and feel everything before you decide on your replacement item. 

Once we have received your return parcel and we have ascertained your replacement item, we will send you a payment request via Paypal. You may then make payment using your Paypal account or any debit/credit cards. Once we have received your payment, your replacement item will be sent to you soonest possible. 

Yes, you can. Just make sure you have attached the respective order receipts in the parcel for us to identify the order and items. In your email to us, you can also state the order IDs and items you are sending back. 

Once you have mailed out your return parcel, please do drop us an email to inform us of the tracking number, the order ID of the items you are sending back and the replacement items you have selected. We will keep a lookout for it and inform you via email once we received the parcel. 

If you have received a defective item from us, please write in to us at service@theeditorsmarket.com immediately for assistance. We will assist you by exchanging the item for you soonest possible. 

You definitely can as long as they are regular-priced items. You may select the replacement item based on the same 1-pc price of the exchanged item. 

Returning Items Purchased Online

You can return clothes that you have bought through our website within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns. Returns can be done via mail or at our physical stores.

To return a piece of clothing at our physical stores, kindly bring along your order receipt. If you are a member, you may also present the digital receipt from your account page on our website.

  

For all returns, you will receive store credit back into your membership account within 5 business days. The store credit is valid for any purchase on our website or in our store and its validity period is 1 year from date of issue. We do not process cash refunds for returns. 

Please do note that we reserve the right to reject any returns.

For homeware in the Life section, you may do a return for store credit at our 313 store within 7 days. The above terms apply as well. 

For Accessories, we do not accept any exchange or return due to hygiene reasons. 

 

Returning Items Purchased In-Store

We do not accept returns for items purchased in our physical stores. However, exchanges can be made according to our Exchange Policy.

 

 

You may make the return for your online purchase VIA MAIL OR WALK-IN TO ANY OF OUR STORES.

IF YOU ARE MAILING IN, PLEASE ATTACH YOUR ORDER RECEIPT in the parcel. OUR MAILING ADDRESS IS 8 GRANGE ROAD #03-04 S(239695). AFTER MAILING IN, PLEASE EMAIL TO SERVICE@THEEDITORSMARKET.COM TO LET US KNOW YOUR PARCEL TRACKING NUMBER and list the item that you are returning.  

FOR WALK-IN, PLEASE BRING ALONG YOUR ORDER RECEIPT for the return. 

You may make a return if the purchase is made from our website.

For all returns, shipping fees will be borned by you. 

For Apparel, you may do a return via walk-in to any of our stores and it is free! For store returns for your online purchase, you will receive a return slip. You may keep this as a record for your return. Do email us at service@theeditorsmarket.com if you do not receive your store credit in 5 working days. 

For items from Life section, the return can be made at our store in 313 Somerset. 

Yes, apparel and items from Life can be exchanged as long as they are regular-priced items. Once we have received your item, your store credit will be deposited in your account within 5 working days.
