In 2007, Monocle magazine was launched to provide a briefing on global affairs, business, culture, design and much more. We believed that there was a globally minded audience of readers who were hungry for opportunities and experiences beyond their national borders. Today Monocle is published 10 times a year out of our HQ at Midori House in London and has seen its sales grow annually: we now sell more than 84,000 copies per issue and have 20,500 subscribers. 

Returns

Items purchased online or in our stores can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Returns can be made via mail or in our stores. Refunds will be in the form of store credit, which will be credited to your account within 5 business days from the time we receive the item/s. The store credit will be valid online and in-stores, for a period of 1 year from the date of issue. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns unless specifically mentioned. More details here.

 

Exchanges

Items purchased online or in our stores can be exchanged for other products within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange unless specifically mentioned. Exchanges can only be made at our stores. If you are unable to visit our stores, please opt for a return instead, which can be done via mail - you will be refunded for returned items in the form of store credit, which can then be used to purchase another item. More details here.
