Yes you can reserve any item that is available in our stores simply by informing any of our staff. You will need to sign up for our membership in order to make any reservation. Signing up is free and takes only 30 seconds. All we need is your first and last name, email address and contact number. Upon reservation, you will receive an SMS confirming your reservation.

Yes you can reserve items at another store provided it is available there. Any of our staff will be able to assist you to check for availability and to complete the reservation. Do note that you will have to visit that store to collect the reserved item. We are not able to transfer the reserved item to any other store.

Upon reservation, you will receive an SMS and an email confirming your reservation at the other store.

Yes you can now make online reservations for items that are available in-stores. Simply go to the product page on the website, select the size you want, then click the "Check In-Store Availability / Reserve In-Store" button. You will be shown the stock availability at each store. Select the store you want to make the reservation at. The item will be held at the store till the end of the third day, not counting the current day.

If an item is low in stock, your reservation will be pending till the store can confirm availability. This will take no more than 10 mins during the store's operating hours. You will receive both SMS (if your contact number is in our system) and email notification on whether the reservation is successful or not. If you make the reservation during non-operating hours, confirmation can only be provided the next day when the store opens (about 11am).

Regardless of whether the reservation is made online or in-stores, an item can be reserved for you till the end of the third day, not counting the current day. For example, if you make a reservation on Monday afternoon, the item will be held for you till 11.59pm on Thursday night.

After the end of the third day, your reservation will automatically be cancelled. You will receive an email to notify you of the cancellation.

At any one time, you may have up to six items reserved in person at our stores, and up to three items reserved through our website.

Once you have three items reserved through our website, you will not be able to do any more online reservations. If you wish to reserve another item online, you have to either cancel one of your existing online reservations or wait for one of them to expire, before you can proceed with the new reservation.

Yes we will send you an SMS (if you have provided a contact number) and email reminder the day before your reservation expires to remind you of your reservation.

Reservations expire automatically at the end of the third day, not counting the current day. To request for an extension, please call the store where the item is (not the store where the reservation was made, if different). Our staff will make a fresh reservation for the same item for you. Accordingly, the new reservation will expire after three days from the date of the request for extension. When making the call, kindly prepare the email address that was used to make the reservation.

Go to the store where the item is reserved for you - the confirmation SMS and email will state which store the item is at. Take note that the reservation has not yet expired. Proceed to the cashier counter to pick up your item. The cashier will need to have your reservation ID number or email address. Feel free to try on the item in our fitting rooms.

You can cancel your reservations simply by logging into your account on our website and accessing the Reservations section. Canceling your reservation when you know you do not want the item any longer is a nice gesture that allows others to purchase the item. Responsible use of our reservations system benefits all the members in our community.

You will receive an email confirmation once you have cancelled your reservation.

If a reservation was made through our website, you are required to cancel it if you do not pick it up in-store before it expires. You can cancel your reservations by logging into your account on our website. If you fail to do so, unfortunately, you will be barred from making further reservations online for a period of 30 days. During this period, you will still be able to make reservations in person at our stores.

We adopt this measure to minimize abuse of our reservations system and to keep things fair for all members in our community. Canceling your reservation when you know you do not want the item any longer is a nice gesture that allows others to purchase the item. If you have been barred from making reservations online, it is because you did not cancel or pick up one of your previous online reservations before it expired.

Display pieces in our stores can be reserved in person at our stores, if you have checked and are satisfied with the condition of the item.

Display pieces in our stores cannot be reserved online as it is not possible for you to view and assess the condition of the item through the website. Kindly make your way to the store to make the reservation in person.
