You will earn store credit worth SGD 10 whenever you accumulate SGD 200 in purchases. You will also receive store credit when you return items. From time to time, you may also receive store credit as a surprise or as a token of our apology for making a mistake.

Do note that you have to identify yourself as a member to our cashiers, or sign up as a member on the spot, before the transaction is completed in order for the transaction to be recorded in your account and to earn store credit for the purchase. When you accumulate SGD 200 in total purchases, you will immediately receive store credit worth SGD 10. You will receive an email to notify you of your earned store credit. If your new purchase results in an accumulation of more than SGD 200 in purchases, the amount in excess of SGD 200 will count towards the next round of accumulation so that you can reach the next SGD 200 mark more quickly.

The Store Credit section shows you how much store credit you have available to use, all the previous store credit you have earned and whether you have utilised them, as well as how much more in purchases you have to accumulate to earn more store credit.

Your available store credit will automatically be applied to your next eligible purchase, whether online or in-stores. If your available store credit is more than the value of your transaction, the unused portion will be kept in your account and will be applied to subsequent purchases.

As long as you are signed in as a member, your available store credit will automatically be applied to your next eligible purchase, whether online or in-stores.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to opt out of using your available store credit for an eligible purchase. The only way around this is to make the purchase anonymously in-stores. You can do so by telling the cashier you do not wish to sign in for the purchase. However, the transaction will not be recorded in your account and your purchase will not count towards earning more store credit.

Store credit expires one year after it is issued. When you make a purchase with us, either in-store or online, your oldest unused store credit will be applied first, followed by the more recently issued unused store credit. This will help minimise the chances of your store credit expiring before you can use it.

Store credit expires one year from the date of issuance. Unfortunately, we are not able to extend your store credit beyond this timeframe, so please use it before it expires.

Unfortunately, we do not treat vouchers as cash for the purposes of our Membership store credits, especially since the vouchers were issued by another party. This is just like we do not count store credit used on a purchase as cash, even though it functions like cash when making payment.
