Yes you can reserve any item that is available in our stores simply by informing any of our staff. You will need to sign up for our membership in order to make any reservation. Signing up is free and takes only 30 seconds. All we need is your first and last name, email address and contact number. Upon reservation, you will receive an SMS confirming your reservation.

Yes you can reserve items at another store provided it is available there. Any of our staff will be able to assist you to check for availability and to complete the reservation. Do note that you will have to visit that store to collect the reserved item. We are not able to transfer the reserved item to any other store.

You will need to sign up for our membership in order to make any reservation. Signing up is free and takes only 30 seconds. All we need is your first and last name, email address and contact number. Upon reservation, you will receive an SMS and an email confirming your reservation at the other store.

An item can be reserved for you till the end of the third day, not counting the current day. For example, if you make a reservation on Monday afternoon, the item will be held for you till 11.59pm on Thursday night.

After the end of the third day, your reservation will automatically be cancelled. You will receive an email to notify you of the cancellation.

At any one time, you may have up to six items reserved in person at our stores.

Display pieces in our stores can be reserved in person at our stores, if you have checked and are satisfied with the condition of the item.
