International

International shipping rates are as follows. We ship to Malaysia via Ninjavan, and to all other international destinations listed via DHL Express. Due to the coronavirus situation, parcels may be delayed by an additional 3 - 5 days.

Kindly note that the delivery timeframe includes the packing of your order after purchase confirmation, but does not include delays if your parcel is held up by Customs authorities. If taxes and/or duties are charged for your parcel, you are responsible to settling them before delivery can proceed.

If you have missed your delivery, please arrange for a re-delivery with Ninja Van on their website by keying in your tracking number. One-time re-delivery is free!

Please do note that if the re-delivery fails and parcel is returned to us, self-collection at any of our stores is advisable as delivery fee is chargeable for a second courier delivery. 

You may log in to your account on our website, click on Account Summary to check the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you via email, and will also be displayed on your Account Summary page. You may use the tracking number to track the delivery status of your parcel on our respective delivery partners' websites.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of your parcel tracking number. The tracking number will also be displayed on your Account Summary page, once your order has been shipped. With the tracking number, you can stay updated on the delivery status of your parcel on the Ninjavan website, for deliveries within Singapore and Malaysia. For international orders, hop onto the DHL Express website to track your order.

Once your order is made, we are not able to make any changes to the address unless there is an error in the address.

As customs and import fees varies, we are unable to advise the amount payable for the parcel once it reaches your country. Please do check with your customs and import authority for more details.

If you choose to reject the delivery of the order once it has reached the destination country, please do note that an admin charge will be levied on you.
