Due to the ongoing coronavirus situation, the deadline for returns is extended to 31 July 2020. This is applicable to all orders, local and international, from 1 April 2020 onwards.

 

Items purchased online or in our stores can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns unless specifically mentioned. Refunds will be in the form of store credit, which will be credited to your account within 5 business days from the time we receive the item/s. The store credit will be valid online and in-stores, for a period of 1 year from the date of issue. Kindly note that shipping charges, if any, cannot be refunded.

 

Returns by mail

Mail the item/s to be returned, together with your order receipt, to the following address. Your order receipt can be retrieved by logging into your account on our website. You are advised to use a trackable postage service as we are not accountable for parcels lost in transit. If you are returning breakable items from our Life collection, please ensure they are packed safely as items damaged during transit will not be accepted for returns

Returns at our stores

Kindly bring along the item/s to be returned, together with your order receipt. Our cashiers will be able to assist you with the return. Your order receipt can be retrieved by logging into your account on our website. The cashier will process the item/s and hand you a Returns Slip. Please keep it for record and drop us an email at service@theeditorsmarket.com if you have not received the store credit for the return after 5 business days.

Items purchased online or in our stores can be exchanged for other products within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange unless specifically mentioned. Items can be exchanged once and the exchange is final. If the replacement item is of a lower value, you may use the excess value on another item. Please note that any excess value cannot be refunded. If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will have to cover the difference. We reserve the right to reject item/s that do not fulfil the conditions above.

 

Exchanges can only be made at our stores. If you are unable to visit our stores, please opt for a return by mail instead. You will be refunded in the form of store credit, which can then be used to purchase another item.

Life collection

Items from our Life collection can only be exchanged at our 313 Somerset store. If you are unable to visit us at 313 Somerset, please opt for a return by mail instead. You will be refunded in the form of store credit, which can then be used to purchase another item.

Yes, items purchased with store credit are eligible for return or exchange as long as they meet the conditions for return or exchange. Please note that sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless specifically stated.

Yes, you can. Just make sure you include all the respective order receipts in the parcel.

Kindly drop us an email at service@theeditorsmarket.com to let us know your Order ID and the item/s you are returning. We will proceed to assist you once we receive your return parcel. 

You will receive an email from us once we have received the parcel. We will then process the return and disburse the store credit into your account within 5 business days. Please drop us an email at service@theeditorsmarket.com with your Order ID and return parcel tracking number (if any) if you have not heard from us 5 business days after the date we were expected to receive the parcel.
