You may redeem a store credit of $10 if you have accumulated $200 in spendings. This can be done when you log into your account and access via the reward shop.
Once the store credit is redeemed, the store credit will be stored in your membership account and this can be used to offset your next purchase.
Do remember to log in during the purchase as the store credit will only apply through your membership account.
Your available store credit will automatically be applied to your next eligible purchase, whether online or in-stores. If your available store credit is more than the value of your transaction, the unused portion will be kept in your account and will be applied to subsequent purchases.
Do note that you have to identify yourself as a member to our cashiers before the transaction is completed in order for your available store credit to be applied. If you do not identify yourself as our member before the transaction is completed, we are unable to retroactively apply your available store credit to your purchase.
As long as you are signed in as a member, your available store credit will automatically be applied to your next eligible purchase, whether online or in-stores.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to opt out of using your available credit for an eligible purchase. The only way around this is to make the purchase anonymously in-stores. You can do so by telling the cashier you do not wish to sign in for the purchase. However, the transaction will not be recorded in your account and your purchase will not count towards accumulation of spending.
Store credit expires one year after it is issued. When you make a purchase with us, either in-store or online, your oldest unused credit will be applied first, followed by the more recently issued unused credit. This will help minimise the chances of your credit expiring before you can use it.
Store credit expires one year from the date of issuance. Unfortunately, we are not able to extend it beyond this timeframe, so please use it before it expires.
